25.7.20, I couldn’t not sleep because of some problem in neighborhood. From 26.7.20 I find difficulties in sleeping. I used to sleep within a minute before 25.7.20, now also I sleep but immediately with the fear to sleep I get up and find difficulties in sleeping. Started taking Trika .25 mg when get up immediately after going over bed.
Mine is only psychological problem, fear to sleep. Please suggest how to bring back my earlier kind of sleep
