Punarnavadhyarishta by Maharishi Ayurveda is an Ayurvedic medicine used for liver disorders, jaundice, anaemia, gout, heart disease, splenomegaly, hepatomegaly, edema, kidney disease and gastrointestinal disease.
Punarnavadhyarishta by Maharishi Ayurveda can be used in the following conditions-

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Adults- 20 to 30 ml
(Twice a day with an equal amount of water after meal)
PRECAUTIONS & SIDE EFFECTS:
Punarnavadhyarishta is a safe and well tolerable medicine if taken under recommended dosage.
Paunarnavadhyarishta may not be suitable for diabetic patients because it contains sugar.
