Sattvic Almond Date Smoothie
Ingredients
-1 cup almond milk or cow’s milk
-1-4 pitted dates. If you wish you may soak the dates overnight.
-A pinch of cardamom powder
Directions
-Using a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
-Adjust cardamom to taste. Serve cool.
